JESSA MANGSAT broke the Philippine NATIONAL RECORD in women's 3000m Steeplechase in a time of 11:25.70, eclipsed Jean Palencia record 11:28.54 set in 2009.
Hammer specialist ARNIEL FERRERA (PB 61.62) is back! throwing the iron ball to a distance of 60.20, in which already promises the silver in SEA Games, but the former SEAG champion wants Gold, hence he must beat Thailand's Tantipong Phetchaiya (PB 62.13) in order to take the gold.
ELEAZER SUNANG renewed on his shot put NATIONAL RECORD (16.56) by 2cm with 16.58 to add his national-title collection during the 2nd day of the meet.
